Lord Alton of Liverpool moved amendment 3, in clause 54, page 42, line 44, at end to insert: “(11A) The Secretary of State may by regulations appoint an organisation or an individual to collate slavery and human trafficking statements, and to maintain a website on which to publish those statements in a form in which the published data is searchable by members of the public without charge.” The House divided:
