Housing and Planning Act 2016 (Database of Rogue Landlords and Property Agents) Regulations 2018
Lord Kennedy of Southwark moved that this House regrets that the Housing and Planning Act 2016 (Database of Rogue Landlords and Property Agents) Regulations 2018 do not allow tenants access to the database of rogue landlords and property agents, therefore severely restricting potential tenants’ ability to make informed choices and protect themselves (SI 2018/258). The House divided:
The Not Contents have it
Majority 13
At a glance The Not Contents won by a margin of 13 votes. The Government's position was Not Content, and it won.

The party breakdowns are our own analysis of the official voting records (recorded votes only; they do not describe the formal whip). How we work this out.
Peers attend divisions ad hoc, so there is no did-not-vote list. Tellers are counted in the Content and Not Content totals, unlike in the Commons.
Tellers: Lord McAvoy (Content), Lord Tunnicliffe (Content), The Earl of Courtown (Not Content), Lord Taylor of Holbeach (Not Content).
