It was moved by the Baroness Buscombe, in Clause 9, page 7, line 42, at end to insert: (“( ) A code of practice under this section shall incorporate the mandatory procedures set out in Schedule 1 to the 1994 Act, but that Schedule shall be interpreted as if in paragraph 3(a)(i) for the words “that he is considering taking the action and the reasons why he is considering it,” there is substituted “that he intends to take action and the reasons why;”.”); which being objected to, the question was put thereupon, and the House divided:
