Baroness Finlay of Llandaff moved, as an amendment to Motion B, at end to insert “and do propose Amendment 9B in lieu of Amendment 9—In Clause 55, page 35, line 19, at end insert—“( ) ensure all child contact centres and organisations that offer child contact services regularly check their employees, agency workers and volunteers for compliance with national standards in relation to safeguarding and preventing domestic abuse as specified in regulations made by the Secretary of State.””The House divided:
