It was moved by the Baroness Blatch, in Clause 23, page 14, line 25, after “government” to insert “including members representing: (i) parents at each school, (ii) teachers at each school, and (iii) such other categories as may be appropriate, given the religious or other character of each school within the federation”; which being objected to, the question was put thereupon, and the House divided:
