It was moved by the Lord Kingsland, in Clause 178, page 135, line 14, at end to insert: “( ) For this purpose “any person aggrieved” shall mean any person who is a subject of the reference or possible reference and who is directly affected by the decision.”; which being objected to, the question was put thereupon, and the House divided:
