Crime (International Co-operation) Bill [HL]

It was moved by the Lord Goodhart, in Clause 22, page 13, line 28, at end to insert: “( ) A production order may only be made by the Crown Court. ( ) A production order may only be made if the court is satisfied that one or other of the sets of access conditions set out in Schedule 1 to the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (c. 60) is fulfilled.”; which being objected to, the question was put thereupon, and the House divided:
