Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Bill
It was moved by the Lord Clement-Jones, as an amendment to the motion that the House do not insist on its amendment 161 and do agree with the Commons in their amendments 161A to 161BB to the words so restored to the bill, to leave out from “House” to end and insert “do insist on its amendment”; which being objected to, the question was put thereupon, and the House divided:

The party breakdowns are our own analysis of the official voting records (recorded votes only; they do not describe the formal whip). How we work this out.
Peers attend divisions ad hoc, so there is no did-not-vote list. Tellers are counted in the Content and Not Content totals, unlike in the Commons.
Tellers: Baroness Seccombe (Content), Baroness Barker (Content), Lord Davies of Oldham (Not Content), Baroness Farrington of Ribbleton (Not Content).
