It was moved by the Baroness Hamwee, in Clause 38, page 20, line 28, at end to insert: “( ) For the purposes of any area in Greater London, the development plan prior to the publication by the Mayor of London of a new spatial development strategy in accordance with section 341(1)(b) of the Greater London Authority Act 1999 (c. 29) (alteration or replacement) is the unitary development plan adopted in accordance with the principal Act.”; which being objected to, the question was put thereupon, and the House divided:
