Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Bill [HL]

It was moved by the Baroness Anelay of St Johns, in Clause 1, page 1, line 13, leave out “of the order” and insert “and contents of the order, save that if after becoming aware of the existence of the order the person deliberately evades service of the contents of the order, it will suffice that the person was aware of the existence of the order”; which being objected to, the question was put thereupon, and the House divided:
