Asylum and Immigration (Treatment of Claimants, etc.) Bill

It was moved by the Baroness Park of Monmouth, in Clause 9, page 10, line 33, at end to insert: “( ) The Secretary of State shall, before commencement of this section, publish regulations under paragraph 2(1)(d) of Schedule 3 to the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 (c. 41) (withholding and withdrawal of support) disapplying paragraph 1 of that Schedule in cases of citizens of Zimbabwe to whom that paragraph would otherwise apply by virtue of the provisions of that Schedule other than paragraphs 4, 5 and 7.”; which being objected to, the question was put thereupon, and the House divided:
