To ask the Scottish Government, further to the answer to question S4W-27978 by John Swinney on 27 October 2015, in light of the unrounded figures in relation to GDP not being included in the document referred to in the answer, what steps it will take to make this information available.
Answer · John Swinney · 4 Dec 2015
As set out in the answer to S4W-27978 the unrounded figures in relation to the 2015 quarter two gross domestic product (GDP) estimates were made available to the Scottish Parliament Information Centre on publication day. These have always been made available in the quarterly national accounts which are published routinely following initial GDP estimates. Unrounded figures will be published alongside the quarterly GDP figures in the future.

To ask the Scottish Government what action NHS Grampian is taking to tackle drug-related deaths in Aberdeen.
Answer · Maureen Watt · 18 Nov 2015
The Scottish Government has asked all Alcohol and Drug Partnerships in Scotland to make the reduction of drug deaths a continued priority in 2015-16. NHS Grampian has a drug related deaths monitoring group to investigate and learn from the circumstances of each death in order that services can continue to improve. NHS Grampian has also been engaged in wider improvement work offered by the Scottish Government, including a recent improvement event in HMP Grampian.

To ask the Scottish Government for what reason its news release on 7 October 2015, Economic Growth Continues: Scottish economy grows 1.9% in the year to Q2 2015 states, "Today’s National Statistics show that the Scottish economy has grown for twelve consecutive quarters" when the accompanying data table shows that it has grown for only 11 quarters.
Answer · John Swinney · 27 Oct 2015
The observation of 12 consecutive quarters of growth is based on unrounded data. Data in the GDP bulletin is rounded to 1 decimal place but underlying estimates are produced at a full level of precision.
Unrounded data are routinely published in the quarterly national accounts which follow the initial GDP estimates.
For the purposes of transparency unrounded figures were released to the Scottish Parliament Information Centre on the same day as publication and a summary is published at the link:
