Make it a criminal offence for restaurant and hotels to take tips from staff

As a Chef working in the industry, I am disappointed to how hear some restaurants and hotels are taking tips from there staff to top up their employees wage and also to deduct for a so called admin charge.

Lets get the government to pass a law to prevent this from happening.
