Petition · past parliament
Stop subsidised food and drink for politicians and Lords in Parliament.

What the petition asks
The taxpayer subsidised parliament's exclusive bars and restaurants to the tune of £6m last year.
In this age of Austerity and the poorest and disabled facing severe cuts to their benefits why should these Politicians and Lords have perks like this when they on their wages can easily afford to pay fully for their meals and drink. If we are all in this together lets see them face some cut backs and wage increases only in line with everyone else's.
