CANCEL David Cameron Resignation & Start 2nd EU Referendum

Rejected 18 signatures

What the petition asks

Mr Cameron is the youngest and one of the best leader & prime minister in the last 200 years of British Politics history, and due to his Honesty, Hard work and extra ordinary contribution towards the country we don't want him to Resign!
We the undersigned call upon HM Government to implement a rule that if the remain or leave vote is less than 60% based a turnout less than 75% there should be another referendum

Why it was rejected

It was about honours or appointments, which petitions cannot cover.

The resignation of an individual Minister, including the Prime Minister, is not a decision for the Government or Parliament as a whole. It is a decision for the individual concerned. The UK Government or Parliament cannot stop a Minister resigning.

If you would like to call for a second referendum on Britain's EU membership, you can do so here:

A confirmatory referendum on the UK's membership of the EU should be held.
