2nd EU Referendum, demonstrate democracy has a second opinion if it asks for one.

Rejected 12 signatures

What the petition asks

The people of the United Kingdom deserve a chance to make a decision on the EU Referendum based on the information that should have been provided by our governments.
A large section of the public feel they would change their vote now knowing the lies used in "Vote Leave" propaganda.

Why should a non-legally binding referendum have the chance to snatch the voice from potentially 3% of the newly informed voting public?

A true democracy would listen to the people. Even if they had a second opinion on a complicated matter.
A PM's catchphrase of a "once in a generation vote" is not legally binding and should not be held as the final word on the biggest decision this country has made. A decision that currently, should not be held as law and is proven to be influenced by lies.
