Call a general election to end Brexit uncertainty

What the petition asks
We can not have negotiations with the EU when our prime minister's hands are tied by legislation that means Britain can not leave the single market. the only way forward is for a governing party to have a good majority of mp's so as not to need opposition mp's to carry a vote forward
we ask parliament to consider polling data that Jeremy Corbyn does not represent a majority of voters at all and it serves no one to have government paralysed by indecision, I would also suggest it would end media speculation on Theresa Mays credibility to govern as well. we aware that parliament will need to back such a motion but to quote Jeremy Corbyn in December 22 2016 "If Theresa May wants an early election, Labour will vote for it"
