What the petition asks

The new rules ,introduced by the Home Office have breached the contract made between countries in relation to Indefintine Leave To Remain under Ankara Agreement (EECA 1-2) for self-employed Turkish in the UK .”Contractual Agreement” which was bilaterally signed in 1963 must be binding the law.
