Any trade deal involving the NHS must go to public referendum before committing

What the petition asks
This is not about staying in or out of the European Union, this is a referendum purely to ensure all National Insurance payers have the right to agree what happens to their Health Service before any trade deal that potentially changes the structure of our service is made and accepted.
This follows on from the interview with the Ambassador for the USA saying that a trade deal would likely have our NHS on the table and would the United Kingdom want to change to an Insurance Based system like the USA as an example or keep the NHS as it is.
