Stop any future Prime Minister from proroguing parliament to crash out of the EU

What the petition asks

Dominic Raab has just announced that he doesn't rule out proroguing parliament so the UK crashes out of the EU on 31st October.

An unelected Prime Minister should not be allowed to circumvent parliament.

Parliament should have a say in any decision made.
