Announce a National Tree Planting Day.

What the petition asks
If a tree was planted for every person in the UK, in a garden, in a field, on wasteland or in a pot, we could have millions of new trees in the UK each year, creating cleaner air and a greener environment. Imagine the potential global benefit if the idea spread.
A small gesture that would create a huge difference to the environment. Clean air, green spaces and wildlife. Imagine if the idea spread around the world. Would help reduce global warming and pollution with very little effort.
