What the petition asks

Bury FC limited was owned by Stewart Day who ran up huge debts, then selling the company for £1 to Steve Dale.

Steve Dale son in law then bought the debt for voting rights an agreed IVA.

Over £1m in income in 2019 and no staff or creditors paid.

43 of 51 of Mr Dales previous companies have gone into liquidation.
