Stop people from bulk buying products amidst COVID-19 outbreak.

What the petition asks
Have rules in place at supermarkets etc to stop people from bulk buying products and leaving the less fortunate with nothing. The COVID-19 outbreak is not large enough yet and the government has wanted people to not bulk buy and go about their lives as usual - which we should be doing.
A large amount of the elderly cannot bulk buy, or cannot even visit the supermarket regularly so it is incredibly unfair, especially as they are much more in danger of this outbreak. These products should not be able to be bought in bulk.
