What the petition asks

Stop the widespread panic buying of food and essentials needed to survive through the struggling times of the Coronavirus outbreak. Families on low income are living hand to mouth and now unable to access their basic needs. Food banks are now struggling too as people are selfishly hoarding.

The most vulnerable will be affected most. It is the duty of government to prevent this. Stand up and do something please now. More policing at checkouts needed.

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.

Introduce limits on per customer purchases in all supermarkets
