Reduce overdraft rates to be linked to base rate

What the petition asks
Legistrate so that overdrafts are closely linked to base rates and cost no more than 5% than the base rate.
With coronavirus in the population having the general population access to cheap finance is a must. This will enable everyone to have food on their table and access to emergency money.
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
