Stop businesses/individuals from profiteering on essential goods during Covid-19

As the general public are now struggling to purchase essential household items due to the Covid-19 outbreak, some shop owners are now increasing the prices of essential items by over quadruple in some cases. During a time of national crisis, this should be prohibited by law.
