What the petition asks

The Government should step in and stop stockpiling of goods only the more wealthy in society can do that the elderly and other poorer people can not, many of these stockpiled goods are appearing on eBay and in small stores this should be made a Racketeering crime.

The stockpiling and panic buying should be controlled much of these goods are being put on Amazon UK and eBay with hugely hiked prices, Paracetamol for over £2500, for instance, this should be made a Racketeering crime the Government has not acted quickly enough to prevent this and should be more proactive during this crisis to prevent stockpiling and profiteering, this is a matter of life and death to many people, actt now to save lives.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
