Offer minimum 100% wage pay from government for employees on minimum/living wage

For many of us already struggling to get by on minimum or living wage, a 100% wage pay from government will support those to get by who are already on poverty line or struggling to get by as it is, especially with single income households.

We understand that you want the Government to support workers who earn the National Minimum Wage, but it's not clear what you want the Government to do to achieve this.

If you want the Government to increase the minimum wage, you might like to sign this petition: Ensure that the national minimum wage is a living wage.

If you want the Government to provide financial support to people who are on the National Minimum Wage but are currently unable to work, you could start a new petition calling on the Government to replace any lost income of people who earn the National Minimum Wage, whose work has been affected by coronavirus.
