What the petition asks
Call the whole Nation to pray to Almighty God for mercy, as a Christian Nation shouldn't we pray?
To save us, and to repent for turning away from Him.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
This would be a matter for religious institutions, not the UK Government or Parliament.
