What the petition asks
Self Employed that recently started or taken on failing businesses & demonstrably improved them since April 2019 should receive better financial support in the Coronovirus Outbreak.Significantly improve access to grant support to those that actually need it.Consider life history of tax contributions
The Chancellor of The Exchequer announcement and supporting paper published 26-3-20 consistently failed to consider those with recent business performance since April 2019, nor the life contribution to the inland revenue of those business owners. For businesses too small for VAT registration, and that are not registered for Business Rates. All grants appear to being given to those that already get significant business benefit - and not those that don't. Consider the GROSS PROFIT in calculations.
