Look at Director's of small LTD on minimum PAYE and dividends

What the petition asks
I am a director of a small LTD and take minimum PAYE and dividends like so many other small businesses, having built a business, paid my taxes on-time and now can’t count my Dividends as salary yet a self employed person can count their profits up to £50k, I now will get approx £600 pm!!
I have never claimed anything, I built my own business, had surgery go wrong and left me life changing surgery and still never claimed benefits, and changed my businesses direction to build up another business and now through no fault of my business has collapsed I now find like other small LTD that we HAVE BEEN LEFT BEHIND, we smaller LTDs need help now, you said you aren’t leaving anyone behind, yet clearly you are?
