Self-Employed people to receive the Government Help even if its their 1st Year

With the announcement of the Government’s financial assistance for the self-employed not including those in their first year, I would like to petition that this is unjust and leaves thousands with little choice to either struggle to pay bills, mortgages etc and face complete ruin.
