Provide financial help for the 5% who are not covered under the CSISS - approximately 250,000 people
- submit tax return for the months operated so far
- financial aid based on previous employment prior to being self-employed
- first years tax bill wiped off/exempt from paying back

The CSISS is leaving 250,000 people without financial aid during a time when many people/businesses have been forced by the government to close.
The 5% can not be left with no financial aid or very much less financial aid than other self-employed people/businesses as this won't cover their personal/business expenses. The lack of financial aid will not get them through this time of uncertainty and people are at risk of losing everything, their livelihoods, their homes and more...
