For leaders of the United Kingdom to call for a national day of prayer.

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

To announce to the nation for those of Christian faith to unite in a national day of prayer. To be led by our nation's Spiritual Leaders/Head of State or Government Leaders.
Because we need help more than ever.

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.

This would be a matter for religious institutions, not the UK Government or Parliament.
