Rishi Sunak: Support ALL self employed workers during the COVID-19 lockdown.

What the petition asks
The support offered to self-employed and freelance workers should be extended to ALL self-employed workers so that everyone is guaranteed at least £2500 per month for the duration of the lockdown.
The current policy neglects anyone with average annual earnings above £50000 per year, even by a small amount. Anyone whose income falls below £2500 per month during the lockdown will need help, no matter their income in normal times. This can be given by allowing all earners to declare monthly earnings for each month of the lockdown, with any shortfall made up by the Treasury. Any excess support offered now can be clawed back at year's end if annual earnings exceed a preset threshold.
