carers to be acknowledged and paid for the service they provide!

I want the government to acknowledge that being a Carer is not an easy job by any means and you do spend a lot more time out of the hours you get paid making sure your clients are ok and comfortable so I would like this to be acknowledged and awarded a decent pay.
