The Government should overhaul and digitise citizenship ceremony and certificate. Emailing Citizenship certificate to recipients should be considered

Given the unprecedented time we live in, the huge backlog in receiving and attending citizenship certificate and ceremony coupled with the stress and anxiety caused by the long wait. The Government should consider this petition. Furthermore given the financial cost to apply for citizenship the long wait for citizenship ceremony and certificate coupled with the poor services provided to impending citizens is a huge concern and the government should consider reforming the citizenship process for a smoother run and effectiveness

Suspend the requirement to attend citizenship ceremonies by Home Office.
