To get residential addiction treatment government funded for those truly in need

What the petition asks

There are many people in this country that are suffering from the disease of addiction and yet cannot receive residential treatment because of either extremely long waiting lists or they simply can't afford it. We want the government to help fund this for the people who it the most
Because addiction is a disease and so many addicts suffer I silence or are stereotyped to be bad people and criminals.
This needs to stop and our government need to help this people in our society who want to get clean but just can't get access to treatment
