EHIC to be valid for all UK nationals visiting the EU post 1January 2021

What the petition asks

In the Guidance for UK nationals visiting the EU post Brexit which can be found at www.gov.uk, of UK nationals, only those receiving a UK State Pension and living in the EU before the end of 2020 can apply for EHIC. This is the most appalling discrimination against UK nationals.
The Government in its negotiations with the EU is to ensure that all UK nationals visiting or living in the EU can apply for and be covered by EHIC

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.

Ensure that EHIC will remain available to UK citizens after The UK leaves the EU
