Require & fund schools and collages to adopt stronger covid 19 safety measures.

Adopt aduquate safety measures in line with Independent Sage's safe school report produced on 27th Nov 2020. To mitigate the risk to children, teachers and their families. COVID-19 can be fatal for some and the affects of long covid are still largely unknown
