Review the need for drug consumptions rooms in Scotland and related policy

What the petition asks

Given the number of drug deaths in Scotland that continue to increase I think it is important to re-visit this proposal that was previously declined by the uk government. Evidence from other countries shows that such services can greatly help a vulnerable population and be beneficial for society.
