We should not be returning to school 2021 if we are in tier 4.

What the petition asks
To close schools in the beginning of 2021 until cases have dropped and areas have moved down tier(s). As we should not be leaving our house in tier 4.
Because the government control the tiers and when schools are open, therefore they would have to handle this petition.
