What the petition asks
Bring in controls for the recycling of single use plastic bottles where the supplier is taxed on each bottle, the consumer pays a deposit on the bottle, returns it to auto machine that reads barcode and deposit paid back to customer. Machines funded by tax on suppliers or supermarkets.
Increases recycling, positive effects on climate, reduces pollution
