What the petition asks

Overseas students who came in Jan 20 for 1 years masters & graduating before summer 2021 faced extreme disruption academically & professionally more losing work offers and are in lot of stress. Since 1st lockdown businesses were closed and 19/20 students faced more hardships then Sep 20 batch.

As students came in Jan 20 and 1st lockdown were introduce in 23rd March 20, since June 1st still we are in national lockdown, students who wants to have experience in relevant field was counting on Graduate route but government launched this visa in July 2021, some have less then 15 days to become eligible for PSW, We respect UK education system and Home Office and Urge on behalf of Overseas students to consider reviewing eligibility for Jan 2020 students. NISAU UK & UKCISA also requested this.
