The BBC should have a password system to access any BBC channels.

What the petition asks

Force the BBC to have a password system to access any BBC channels, to avoid any unwanted BBC license fee inspectors harassing people just for having a TV etc.
As not all people have a TV etc to watch BBC programes.

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.

We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. This is an operational decision for the BBC.
