Rejected

What the petition asks
The New Graduate Programme will be starting on the 1st July 2021, but the Home Office has shown no sympathy to those graduating before. Students have been left in limbo with little or not time to obtain further admissions, employment or chance to extend their visas.

The Home Office had ample time since the announcement in September 2019 to set a start date but has remained silent. Thousands of students have come to the UK as a result of the announcement , despite the Home Office citing the fact that current students had no expectation of being able to work after their course when they started.
