Legalize the use of personal e-Scooters / PLEV's in cycle lanes.

Rejected 11 signatures

What the petition asks

Legalize the use of e-scooter / PLEVS (within reason), as to the likes of many other European countries.
Introducing limitations and safety measures will reduce chances of them falling into the wrong/incapable hands.
They will reduce the carbon footprint, zero emissions.
They will reduce congestion & overcrowded roads.
It is a cheaper alternative to public transport & will reduce chances of COVID-19 transmission between passengers.
They are much safer than bicycles/e-bikes, as they're lighter & much easier to dismount & can be limited/restricted to specified speeds.
