Make electric scooters street legal.

What the petition asks
I want the Government and Parliament make a law legalising electric scooters with the exact same criteria as it has been done for the one selected rental company.
It is utterly discriminatory and unfair the least to say to give one rental company an absolute monopoly in the electric scooter scheme by law.
If any other player satisfies the set requirements, being that another rental company or an individual, they all should be allowed to use electric scooters with the exact same criteria on public roads.
It is not the scooters which are causing a problem but the lack of regulations about them.
