Self Defence to be taught in Schools for Year 7 and above.

What the petition asks
Add Self Defence to the school curriculum for years 7 and above to teach our young people to defend themselves and instil some self discipline and respect to others.
You could pick up a local paper in any town in England and read about assaults taking place or young people being approached by predators. This would give young people some knowledge and awareness to protect themselves.
I also believe that , long term, if it is taught the self discipline and respect for others that it teaches could reduce the number of assaults in the future.
