To Make Cyclist road users go through a written and Cyclist road test

What the petition asks
To bring in a road test especially for Cyclists and bring in a law that states cyclists need to go through similar test as car drivers do and get a “ Pass “ certificate and a cyclist License. Also to bring in that cyclist get an “ Insurance “ and a cyclist MOT to make sure the bikes are road worthy
It would help protect other road users from damage the cyclist cause !! Through lack of Highway Code .
Why it was rejected
